Important Information Regarding the Group Discount Rate
Two or more NABP member registrations from the same board are necessary to qualify for the Group Discount. If you believe you will be eligible for the Group Discount you may still register online. When registering online, simply choose “Pay on Site” or “Mail in Payment” for your payment option; please note that the $400 member fee will automatically be assigned. Once NABP has received notification of your eligibility from your board of pharmacy, you will be e-mailed an adjusted receipt. You may either mail in your payment at that time or pay at the NABP Registration/Information Desk in Miami.

Please note that you will not be given an option to choose the Group Discount rate through online registration because NABP must receive from your Board written notification of who is eligible for the Group Discount. Also, if you register online the discount will not be reflected in your receipt.

Payment Options
1. Credit Card Payment Online
To pay online with a credit card you must pay the full amount stated on your receipt. To use two different payment methods (credit card and check) when registering online, use the “Mail in Payment” or “Pay on Site” options.
NABP now accepts American Express as well as MasterCard and Visa credit cards when registering online or with the paper registration form.

2. Mail in Payment
When registering online, please submit the payment and a copy of the receipt to the address listed on your receipt. When mailing in your payment, you may split the payment between a check and a credit card by filling out the credit card information on the space provided at the bottom of your receipt. Please Note: If you have registered for the Optional Tour and are not paying in full at this time, it is recommended that you choose the “Mail in Payment” option and send payment for the Optional Tour immediately to ensure a seat. You may pay with either a check or a credit card.

3. Pay on Site
You may pay on site by cash, check, or credit card.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received by the NABP Meeting Services Department no later than May 8, 2009. Refunds will not be provided after this date.
