You can begin the process for transferring your license by completing the Preliminary Application. Before you begin the application, please be sure to contact the board(s) of pharmacy in the state(s) to which you wish to transfer your license to determine:

• Requirements for licensure transfer 
• Whether or not successful completion of the MPJE is required and if study materials are available
