Applying for the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee Certification Program

Candidates may download the FPGEC application to apply for certification.

Applicants have three options for completing the FPGEC application:

1. Opening the application with Adobe Acrobat, keying required information into the form fields, and printing the completed application.
2. Printing the application and using a typewriter to key required information into the form fields.
3. Printing the application and using an ink pen to enter required information into the form fields (Please print and use all capital letters).
