Pharmacy Authenticated Licensure Service® (PALS) Program
Qualifying PALS Pharmacies (see definitions) must:

1) Provide NABP with the information necessary to confirm that the PALS Pharmacy is licensed or registered in good standing to operate a pharmacy and/or engage in the practice of pharmacy in all jurisdictions in the United States, its territories and possessions; and

2) Provide NABP with the information necessary to confirm that the pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) affiliated with the site, including those affiliated through contractual or other responsible arrangements that are engaging in the practice of pharmacy, are appropriately licensed or registered and in good standing in all applicable jurisdictions.

Reporting to NABP

Qualifying PALS Pharmacies must:

3) Notify NABP within thirty (30) days of any change of information provided as part of the authentication process, including change in PIC, or involving data displayed on the PALS Web site. PALS pharmacies shall notify NABP in writing within ten (10) days of ceasing operations. The written notification shall include the date the pharmacy will be closed and an affirmation that all PALS Links and references to the PALS program have been removed from the Web site and wherever else they are displayed.
