Pharmacy Authenticated Licensure Service® (PALS) Program
The PALS process begins with submission of the completed application form. The following are included to help guide the applicant.

  • Read the PALS Letter of Agreement to determine eligibility for the PALS program. PALS Program Requirements are included in the Letter of Agreement.
  • Please submit to NABP the original signed application and two (2) original signed copies of the PALS Letter of Agreement.
  • Upon receipt of the application, NABP staff will process your application and complete a license authentication/disciplinary check for the pharmacy/pharmacist in Charge license(s), in all applicable states.
  • Once the review of the application is complete, NABP staff will inform your organization in writing if the application has been approved or denied.
  • If approved, the PALS staff will include with the approval letter, a signed copy of the Letter of Agreement for your records and instructions how to obtain the PALS link.
  • If denied, you will be informed in writing with a detailed explanation.
  • If applicable, the PALS staff will report the approval/denial to the organization indicated by the pharmacy on the PALS application. The PALS program will only report the status of a pharmacy to an organization that is in agreement with the PALS program.
