Online CE Activity Provides History and Overview of FDA Drug Regulatory Process
An online educational activity, “The Past, Present, and Future of FDA Human Drug Regulation,” is available on the FDA Web site and may be completed for continuing education (CE) credit for pharmacists. The activity is designed to give participants a clear understanding of the changed world of FDA human drug regulation, including the historical basis of FDA drug regulation. The program also aims to help participants understand the complexities of the FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research's regulatory work in an era of transparency and the public health responsibility. The activity is available for CE credit through June 28, 2013.
