Ohio Pharmacist Indicted for Illegally Dispensing Painkillers

Ohio pharmacist Eugene Fletcher is accused of illegally distributing prescription painkillers and anti-anxiety medications and was indicted by a federal grand jury on September 23, 2010. The charges allege that Fletcher conspired with Dr Paul Volkman, already a defendant in a related federal lawsuit, to illegally distribute oxycodone, hydrocodone, alprazolam, and diazepam.
