Published in the March 2009 New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Newsletter

Every pharmacy in New Mexico has been set up to receive patient utilization reports of controlled substances dispensed. The pharmacist-in-charge can register with the program online and receive a username and password to access the program. Patient reports can be requested from the program and retrieved through the site. If your pharmacy is not registered and would like to do so, follow the link “Rx Monitoring Program” on the Board Web site, or go directly to
Click on the question “Not a user?” at the bottom to open the registration screen. Complete and submit the registration. We will e-mail you a letter with the information to log in and use the program.
