NAPLEX/MPJE Application 'Date of Graduation' Reminder

The Date of Graduation field on the NAPLEX/MPJE application refers to the date on which your degree was or will be conferred, and is not necessarily the day of the graduation ceremony. Please do not enter an estimated date. If you enter an incorrect graduation date, your eligibility to test may be delayed.

If you have provided an erroneous graduation date, you must provide documentation from your school or college of pharmacy stating the correct graduation date. To change your graduation date, send a fax to 847/391-4502 requesting the change with the required documentation. Include your signature, date of birth, and mailing address; the documentation should reflect the correct date of graduation.
