NABP Announces Winners of APhA Drawing; CPE Monitor Service Draws Enthusiasm from Attendees

Topics: Continuing education

Attendees who stopped by the NABP booth at the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) Annual Meeting and Exposition, shared their enthusiasm for the recently launched NABP CPE Monitor service, a collaborative effort between NABP and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). Many pharmacists attending the APhA Annual Meeting, March 25-28, 2011, in Seattle, WA, mentioned that they were pleased that the new service will offer them a convenient means for tracking their ACPE-accredited continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits. Thanks to those who entered the drawing at the NABP booth. Dale Christensen, PhD, is the winner of the Apple iPad®, valued at $499, and the following six individuals won a $50 American Express gift card: Milagros Morales, RPh; Rose Harris, PharmD; Amy Baker, PharmD; Sarah Schwab; Stephanie Worrall; and Megan Buysse.

Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians may now visit www.MyCPEmonitor.net or the NABP Web site, to create an e-Profile and obtain their permanent identification number. The capability to track ACPE-accredited CPE credits is scheduled for the latter part of 2011.
