GA Bill to Restrict Sale of PSE to Pharmacies Awaits Governor's Signature

Georgia House of Representatives passed a bill that would restrict sales of pseudoephedrine (PSE) products to pharmacies, thus making it illegal for the medication to be sold by any retail establishment without a pharmacy. As reported by Georgia’s WSBTV, the bill passed in the state House and has gone to the governor.
