FDA Seeks Public Comments on Agency Disclosure Policy Proposals

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) seeks public comments on 21 draft proposals on public disclosure policies released by the FDA Transparency Task Force. The public disclosure policies are aimed at helping consumers, stakeholders, and others understand how the agency operates and makes decisions. Comments will be received until July 10, 2010. The task force will consider the comments received, their feasibility, resource requirements, and the priority of each proposal to arrive at recommendations for FDA Commissioner Hamburg. More information about submitting a comment is available in an FDA notice.
