FDA Publishes Import Alert
FDA recently published Import Alert #66-41 Detention Without Physical Examination of Unapproved New Drugs Promoted in the US. The guidance provides that when there is evidence of promotion of unapproved drugs to persons in the United States, products should be considered for detention.
