Delaware News: DEA Update: Multiple Schedule II Prescriptions with Different Dates

As a reminder, multiple Schedule II prescriptions for the same patient with different dates are permitted. Prescriptions must be written with the date of issue, may not exceed 90 days, must be prescribed for a legitimate purpose and written by a licensed, registered practitioner acting in the usual course of professional practice.
