2005-2006 Report of the Second Meeting of the Task Force on Telepharmacy
The second meeting of the 2005-2006 Task Force on Telepharmacy and the Implementation of the Medicare Drug Benefit Medication Therapy Management Provisions took place May 18-19, 2006.
Task Force members reviewed their charge and accepted it as follows:
The Task Force will review its work to date, review existing state regulations relating to the practice of telepharmacy, and develop model legislation/regulations to address the provision of pharmacist care across state borders considering the medication management therapy provisions of the Medicare Drug Benefit.
