The Task Force on Privacy met October 16, 2002.

Task Force members reviewed their charge and, proposing no changes, accepted it as follows:
Evaluate the final federal privacy regulations to determine how they will impact state pharmacy law and NABP’s future efforts in the area of privacy regulation.
