NABP has secured a special room rate for 109th Annual Meeting attendees at the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch. Reserve a room on or before Saturday, April 27, 2013, to receive the special rate of $159 single/double occupany, plus 16.75% state and local tax. After April 27, prevailing rates apply.

Reserve a hotel room online or by calling 1-888/421-1442 and identify yourself as an attendee of the NABP Annual Meeting. Please be sure to use the toll-free number when making room reservations by phone. The special room rate cannot be obtained by calling the hotel via their direct phone number.

The hotel offers free wireless high-speed Internet access in the facility’s public areas and the 24-hour business centers. Wireless access is available in individual rooms for a fee. A fitness center is also available 24 hours per day. Attendees can also enjoy world-class attractions that are just walking distance from the Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch, including the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, and Kiener Plaza. The Plaza is just a four-minute walk from the hotel. It offers a beautiful view of the Arch and the Old Courthouse as well as a picturesque pool and fountain. Also at the Plaza is “The Runner,” a famous sculpture by William Zorach. 

Transportation

For airfare and car rental rates, attendees may contact the official NABP travel agency, Options Travel, at 1-800/544-8785. When calling Options Travel, mention the NABP meeting code number, NABP109. Please note, the last event of the 109th Annual Meeting is the Annual Awards Dinner, which takes place from 7 – 10:30 PM on Tuesday, May 21.

• Go Best Shuttle: The airport shuttle service is available at 877/785-4682 24 hours per day. Reservations are strongly suggested but not required. The cost is $21 per person for a one-way trip, or $37 roundtrip. 
  
• Taxi: Taxi service is available for an airport pickup fee of $3 per pickup. Total cost depends on the destination. The taxis are stationed outside two terminals:
  
• Terminal 1: Exit Door 14 to 1 Garage Yellow Level.
• Terminal 2: Exit Door 12
• Metrolink: Individuals who plan to fly into the Lambert International Airport may use the Metrolink, a light rail system that connects the main and east terminals to downtown St Louis. The train runs approximately every 30 minutes from 5:02 AM to 12:48 AM, and the travel time is 27 to 30 minutes. A one-way ticket to or from the airport costs $3.50. 
  
• Downtown Trolley: The new trolley service picks up at the Main and East airport terminals:
  
• Main: Picks up at MT12 near American Airlines Baggage Carousel 2 and M17 near the USO and Baggage Carousel 6. For those using American Airlines, Delta, Northwest, Continental, and United.
• East: Pickup is at ET12 by the baggage area. For those using Southwest Airlines, Charter Flights, and USA 3000.
• Amtrak: The Amtrak train station is located at 550 S 16th St, eight blocks from the hotel. A taxi to the station costs approximately $8. The Amtrak station can be reached at 314/331-3309.
