• Score Transfers can only be processed online if you registered the same way (online) for the NAPLEX.
• Please note: If you have taken and passed the NAPLEX, a score transfer can not be completed. It will be necessary to complete the licensure transfer process instead.
• Registered Candidates can have the credit card holder’s name listed on their billing summary and it will not affect the name on the examination registration.

If you miss your scheduled appointment to test:

If you miss your examination appointment and your eligibility period has not expired, you may submit a resitting fee to reopen your record. The resitting fees are as follows:

• NAPLEX – $140 per missed appointment
• MPJE – $65 per missed appointment

Fees must be submitted by certified check or money order made payable to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. Once your fee has been received, your record will be updated to reflect the receipt of your payment and you will receive a new authorization to test (ATT).

If you wish to reschedule your appointment to test:

Beginning March 1, 2009, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged to reschedule a NAPLEX or MPJE examination appointment. That fee is payable to Pearson VUE and will be collected either online if you reschedule on the Web, or by customer service if you call Pearson VUE’s call center at 1-888/709-2679.
