Important Notice to all DMEPOS Applicants:
On January 31, 2009, NABP reserves the right to close enrollment for its 2009 DMEPOS program. The NABP DMEPOS program includes a rigorous accreditation process in support of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) quality standards governing this program. Due to the length of time required to conduct DMEPOS accreditation respective of the CMS requirements, NABP may cease accepting new applications for this program in service to those suppliers already enrolled in the program whose accreditation bids must be completed by September 30, 2009 as mandated by CMS.

• The online application for DMEPOS accreditation cannot be used to apply for multiple stores.
